in first six games The season opened in Strcetsville where the locals took the game goals going to Jason Arnold Pat McCarthy Ken Longd- and Alain The second game of the season In was a very onesided affair with our boys coming up winners Here three players Pat McCarthy Trevor Hartley and Jason Ar nold each got a pair of goals with the single going to Ken The third game or the season expected was the one which gave Georgetown the best competition and the opportunity to play our best hockey against very good hockey team from Milton That game was a real seesaw battle from start to finish with exceptional hockey played by both teams Jason Arnold Danny Lane and Alain Thlbault each scored and the locals were leading for most of the third period They almost won he game but Milton tied it up with only 136 left In the game The end result was a fitting 33 tie Unfortunately this game also produced the first casualty of the season Jeff Brady who has been sidelined for six weeks wllh a broken The fourth league game was against Dun- das and our home team won that one Here Ken got a pair Pro Sports dump Bulls of goals with Trevor Hartley Jason Arnold Danny Lane Alain and John Lorl- to getting singles Again in this game a good cross section of players scored showing lota team effort and a good passing strategy which the boys are working at very diligently The next game was In Brampton and George town won that one Brampton scored early In the game and led 10 well Into the third period with our boys playing hard but not being able to find the mark But in the third period the equalizer and goahead goals by Alain got Ihe scoreboard flashing again and the third and final goal went Jason Arnold The sixth and most recent game against Oakvllte saw every single member of the team tut the scoreboard with a goal or an assist went to Pat McCarthy and Danny Lane while Mark Shep herd got two goals with one goal each for Davln Clglcn Peter Donnle Cruise David Harris Jason Arnold and Ken Langdon A whole list of assists were also handed out to Alain Thlbault John Lorito 3 David Harris and Trevor Harkley each with two and singl es to Pat McCarthy Peter Atherley David
