Purple continue to dominate their league as they retain first place With a Sunday night ihe locals met Milton In a thrilling 42 victory as the opponents tried to upset Georgetowns undefeated streak Milton jumped to a 10 lead at the mark of the first period and the score held Into the middle frame On the first shift of second period Lisa Allen assisted by Osborne tied up Ihe score hut Milton retaliated 10 seconds later to take the lead once again The Georgetown team then rallied from a deficit with three goals to defeat the second place Milton team Marti Dunning and Diane Taylor drew In the past four games After a slow start the local juniors have improved their mark lo seven wins In games and their improved play could combine with a soft spot in their lo produce solid winning
