previous years There are some club changes which may change the first and second divi sion organization The refereeing situation will be the same as nor mal a whacking shortage all round The soccer An under18 girls com petitive team and senior male squad are being organized by the club and are looking for playing members and tryouts for training and workouts on Sundays now folks A full commitment is re quired from all aspirants for this type of competition it is impossi ble to run a team at this level on house league or select team outlook Standards of all aspects of play need to be uplifted all round players coaches managers ad ministrators and referees and linesmenwomen A close look at last season shows in my opinion that we need to develop better standards in order to achieve the top grading in the world Looking at these days the level of fitness on the field is tops the of ficiating standards are not Player after player is allowed to cheat and go unpunished Entering the penal ty area on penalty kicks gaalkeepers running a mile before releasing the ball moving on penalty kicks pushing off the ball incidents yard stealing not mov ing at free kicks We need a clean up from the top down The lower levels are not so bad yet Bowler of Year contest rolling Each division of the youth bowling program at Georgetown Bowl recently competed for the honor of being declared the
