featuring a coupon to send to the federal finance minister Mr Turner once delivered thousands coupons signed by angry taxpayers to the minister asking for tax Since being elected Conservative Member of Parlia ment last November he has at tacked the tax system from inside the political machine New Toronto Sun s editor Gus Carlson is not angry with the turn in Mr Turner s career that him away from journalistic tax reform He s the one who made the coupons legend Mr Carlson said Thursday Mr Turner is well aware of the implications on both sides Besides Mr Carlson said the coupons will go to finance minister Michael Wilson and not to Garth Turner The Tory MP said it ti somewhat to nee the coupons returning to the Sun His comment was that the coupons should include comments or opinions The
