board ratified the agree ment on Steve Baloughs Mr Balough is the boards senior administrator The Halton English Teachers Catholic Association ratified the agreement last week The board was relieved of several members for the ratifica lion vote due to conflict of interest including the chair of the board Schrenk Mr Schrenks wife is a teacher He passed the chair position over to Hills trustee Irene Cauley who is the vicechair Keyes the teachers associations chief negotiator said he was relieved to have the negotiations finished He noted getting the contract is only half the job the other
