Counteracts Environment ICE marched outside Regional headquarters Oakville day Tuesday to protest the possibility that the Region could in stall an Energy From Waste plant in the southern part of Halton Hills said group spokesperson Elsie Anderson The group was protesting a meeting between Halton ing staff and officials from the pro vince s Ministry of Agriculture said Ms Anderson The talks or better than the ministry he said Mr Whitbread said the NEC is currently reviewing the NEP and it is considering eliminating the food and agricultural guidelines from the plan But even if the com mission decides to take the guidelines from the plan they could still be included in the end The province will have to give final ap proval to any changes that come out of the review hesaid Failing to
