hours Three quarters of that time was taken for deliberation by the all male jury The youth was found not guilty and was remanded to the hospital for the criminally insane in 10 Years Ago The abandoned Toronto Interna tional Raceway on the Fifth Line just north of Highway was torn up by the company which owned it Investments Ltd The decision to destroy the raceway came after prodding from town council and angry letters from concerned citizens about the dangers of drag racing and the noise The company who owned the track had constantly broken pro mises to stop the drag racing The police could not make ar rests because the racing was tak ing place on private propety but after a letter was received from allowing them to make arrests they were balked by the town council It was their
