most one team figured to have the better of the other Swimmers with three of its four team members ting Florida tans under their pink team colors had La Guys number from opening rocks They defeated the Julian squad by a hefty 114 count Insurance Rockers avenged an early season defeat by upsetting Kendale Eight Enders with a rusty Mike Makov- nyk at the helm by a tally The Boys continued their roll downing the Dead Enders by a healthy 13 2 score The Senators under Bill direction clobbered Kendale Hackers Paul Barbers Challengers took command early and routed Bill Smith Auto with Bill Smith in the captains chair by a count A rested Steve Foster skipped his Automatons to a dominating performance over The Boxers In the pairing of The Sign Shoppe Sliders and Hog Liners the Hog Liners pecked and peck ed away while The Sign Shoppe Sliders under Keith Bottomleys guidance seemed to be in a con trolling position at most points during the game The undoing for the Sliders came in the seventh end when failed to take ad vantage of the hammer Instead of picking up a pair he gave up a point and a 54 edge to the Hog Liners heading home JAWS looked like they were regaining some of their early season spunk and confidence in their contest against Fit As-A- and as the game see sawed they got much of the clubhouse crowd behind them However Ashbees rink came back with singles in the sixth and seventh to pull into a tie position heading home Some good shot making especially the guard work by in the eighth staved off another steal attempt The with only three ends won took the victory by a
