deciding on whether to close St Helena Road to Oct Council heard from three St Helena Road residents who call on council not to dose the roadway They claimed stopping up the roadway would prevent emergency vehicles from gaining access as well as ultimately en courage expansion of neighbor quarrying activity Mayor Miller said council would never close the road if the residents objected He
