We are so excited about our new Wellness Centre, and the spaces that we have created for our members and visi- tors, said Andrea Bibby, general man- ager of the Peter Gilgan Family YMCA. We consulted fitness experts, looked at fitness trends then incorporated the latest equipment and features into our new space. We invite everyone from our community to visit us to see all the excit- ing changes. Everyone is invited to visit the Y on Oct. 4 from 10 a.m.8 p.m. to try out the new equipment, see hourly demonstra- tions, work out in cardio and weight training areas, or cool down in the new stretching and functional training stu- dio. The open house event is also a great opportunity to speak with YMCA well- ness coaches about your fitness routine, or find out more about the Ys Member Connect program.
