Description

Frederick was born in Alton, Ont. in 1894, the son of Simon Babcock and Elizabeth Schultz who had four children, three sons and one daughter. He graduated from the University of Toronto in dentistry and served overseas in W.W.I. with the Canadian Dental Corps. He came to Milton and purchased the dental practice of Dr. H. A. McClean in 1921. In 1937 he married Helen Mills and they had one child, a son. He was charter member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Milton, a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Canadian Legion. He was a member of Grace Anglican Church. He died in 1954 and was survived by his wife and son, Kent. He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Milton.
