- Russell Clements was a veteran of the Boer War and WWI. He married Alma Burling and they had two children, a son and a daughter. He was a Milton Councellor, Postmaster and a hardware merchant. His son John Russell Clements was in the RCAF and died in WWII. Mr. Clements died in 1975 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Milton
