www.insideHALTON.com · OAKVILLE BEAVER Wednesday, December 28, 2011 · 24 Advertorial Our new year's Rocca sisters resolutions With a new year brings new opportunities and new goals for everyone here at The Rocca Sisters Team office. We believe in continual growth and wish to offer nothing but the best to our clients and those in our community. This is why we have set specific goals for 2012 that will allow us to continually exceed your expectations and provide an experience that is not just the best, but remarkable. We will be innovative. As leaders in the industry, we pride ourselves in always staying ahead of the curve. We promise that we will continue to create new, effective tools that will allow us to provide even better service to our clients. In 2012, we will be launching our new webTV channel, www. RoccaSisterTV.ca, where we will be posting videos with the answers to all of your frequently asked questions. Stay tuned in the New Year for our latest episodes including our expert market updates on YOUR community! We will be available. We are never too busy for our clients. You will have two nationally-ranked Top Producing agents that will personally manage your listing and get you top results. We will make sure you feel part of the process and will receive constant communication throughout the entirety of your experience. Our buyer specialists provide a professional and service focused experience from beginning to end. Our relationship won't end there, as our relationships recommend us, and we will always maintain relationships with our past clients that we pride ourselves on. We will give back. Along with success comes the importance of giving back to our community. We strive to make a positive impact and will be increasing our support for Ovarian Cancer Canada, which is a cause very near and dear to our hearts. This past year we launched our Ovarian Cancer Initiative, "Creating Sanctuaries in our Communities", to help families with a loved one suffering from cancer and who need to create a peaceful sanctuary in their home that boasts all the things they love. We worked with families to create this special space and helped to make their treatment and journey more comfortable. We were also the local sponsor of the 2nd Annual Ovarian Cancer Mini Walk of Hope for Oakville/Burlington that had 500 people in attendance and raised an incredible $100,000. In 2012, we will be a proud part of the Ovarian Cancer LOVE HER event in Toronto, which is a fashionable evening to raise awareness and funds for women's most fatal cancer. We also look to expand our initiative to help even more families suffering through this horrible disease. We're appealing to anyone in our community who could use our assistance or who knows someone who could. You may simply want more info or wish to become involved. We encourage you to visit our website or RoccasistersTV.ca for our story and contact us directly at roccahomes@royallepage. ca or 905-335-3042. What are your New Year's resolutions? You were in the drive through Tim Hortons on Monday in front of my kids and I and I drove up to the window for a pleasant surprise! You had paid for our order. I just would like to send out a friendly thank you from my kids and I. We really appreciated your kindness. My kids were saying how nice the lady who paid for our order was. They are just 7 and 9 so you showed them an act of kindness and that there are still people like that out there. Thank you again, Michelle Cooper Co Broker Office: 905.338.3737 Direct: 905.849.3303 Office
