- Thomas Hutchinson was born in Hamilton, Ontario and received his schooling in Hamilton. During WWI he was a munitions expert and explosive and bomb instructor. After the war he attended Osgoode Hall and graduated as a barrister and solicitor in 1920. He came to Milton in 1920. He married Jean Victoria McClelland and they had two daughters. His second wife was Mary Irene Mahoney; there were no children. Mr. Hutchinson died in 1977 and was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Milton.
