Police search for hit and run driver Police are looking for a driver who struck a dog in the Princess Anne Dr./ Halton Hills Dr. area about 4:15 p.m. Friday (Jan. 1). Police say a man was walking a friend's dog that he was dog-sitting on Princess Anne when the dog on an extended leash walked onto the roadway where it was struck by a vehicle turning off of Halton Hills Dr. The vehicle didn't stop and continued westbound to Trafalgar Rd. The dog died. The vehicle is described as a silver sedan, possibly a Toyota. The driver was a white male with short dark hair.
