The action started with team members Dave Menheere and Geoff Patey claiming top honours, followed by Peter Rosa, Courtney Wilson, Jordan Fortado and Cassidy Chantler all winning their respective divisions. Club owner Tony Rampulla of Rampulla's Martial Arts sealed the day by capturing the Ontario Provincial Black Belt forms title; this victory coming just months after claiming the Canadian title in London. Submitted photo Another honour for Andrews Competing in her final indoor collegiate track & field meet, Georgetown's Kaitlyn Andrews earned all-conference honours for the fourth straight year at the recent Southland Conference Championships at the University of Oklahoma. The 21-year-old kinesiology major at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, placed second in the shot put with a season-best throw of 14.73m to help the Ladyjacks win their second Southland Conference indoor championship. Since 2007, the Acton District High School has achieved all-conference honours in each of her four years at the school (2nd 2007, 3rd 2008, 1st 2009 and 2nd 2010).
