The Process The study conducted in accordance with the requirements for a Schedule "C" project as described in the Municipal Engineers Associations Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) document (October 2000, as amended in 2007). The Class EA process includes public review and agency consultation, an evaluation of road improvement alternatives, an assessment of the potential environmental effects of the proposed improvements, and identification of reasonable measures to mitigate any adverse impacts that may result.
