Famed car designer to make SickKids donation Famed automotive designer, Chip Foose, and the Toronto-area Chevrolet dealers are making a donation in support of The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) and giving area residents the chance to win a specially-designed 2012 Chevrolet Cruze, dubbed the Chevrolet `Foose Cruze.' "The Toronto Area Chevrolet Dealers are thrilled to partner with Chip Foose in order to support SickKids and the families who rely on the great work and care available at this leading children's hospital," Chris Budd, member of the Toronto Area Dealers and owner of Oakville's Budds' Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac, GMC, said in a news release. "We are equally excited to engage Ontarians in this important cause by giving them the opportunity to visit a GTA Chevrolet dealership or the Toronto Auto Show where they can make a donation and enter for a chance to win a one-of-a-kind Chevrolet Foose Cruze." Foose will be sharing behind-the-scenes updates on his work in progress at www. torontoareadealers.ca from now through to the official unveiling of the vehicle at the Toronto Auto Show on Feb. 17. The specially-designed vehicle will continue on display at the auto show through to Sunday, Feb. 26, when Foose will make a special appearance and speak to audience members about the inspiration behind his one-of-a-kind design. Donations to Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children and ballots for a chance to win the specially-designed Fooze Cruze will be accepted at all Toronto-area Chevrolet dealerships from now through to Friday, Feb. 24. Those who attend the Toronto Automotive Show can also make a donation and enter for a chance to win the specially-designed Chevrolet Foose Cruze from Feb. 17-26.
