Duncan, Inglis file nominations for Oct. 25 municipal election Incumbent Ward 4 Town councillors John Duncan and Bob Inglis have filed nomination papers for the fall municipal election. John Duncan filed his papers on Friday to seek re-election in the October 25 municipal election while Inglis filed last Tuesday. Duncan has served one term as Ward 4 councillor while Inglis has held the seat since 1997.
