This allows the farm's planned equestrian events for this spring and summer to go ahead as scheduled, as approved under a Niagara Escarpment Commission (NEC) development permit issued last year. In March, council directed that Halton Place must have all outstanding Town site plan matters, related to pavement and stormwater management, resolved at least 30 days before the first event of the 2010 season-- May 26. The Town signed off on the site plan on April 23. Halton Place received approval of the required pavement and stormwater studies, completed site plan amendments as a result of these studies' recommendations, and secured and certified the completion of the site works. Salary Range: The salary range for this permanent, full time position is $94,384 to $112,361.
