Residents will have the opportunity to help raise up to $6,000 for Christ the King Catholic Secondary School by test driving a Ford vehicle at the school, 161 Guelph St. on Thursday, June 10. Ford and Concept Ford will donate $20 to Christ the King Catholic Secondary School for every person from a unique household who test drives a 2010 Edge and any other 2010 vehicle. In support of Christ the King's 2nd Annual Summer Blast Carnival (4-8 p.m.), Ford Concept will be hosting Drive One 4UR School at the school, 161 Guelph St., between 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. Both the test drive event and Summer Blast carnival will be raising money for CtK Cares. Its function is to donate funds to charities and economically disenfranchised students who attend Christ the King, as well as for school teams and clubs.
