RULES AND INFORMATION FOR HOMECRAFTS (a) Exhibitors in Homecrafts may be individuals or organizations wishing to show as a group, with prize money going to the treasury of the organization. (b) Children and Juniors (12 to 17 years of age) do not pay a fee to enter exhibits in their own Prize Lists but, if they wish to compete in any Adult section, they must register as an Adult exhibitor, pay a fee of $3.00 and submit a completed Entry Form with their exhibit. (c) Adults must pay an exhibitor's registration fee of $3.00 to enter exhibits, and submit the official Entry Form listing their entries to the Secretary or attending director, when exhibits are brought to the Exhibit Hall. Following the Fair, 10% of prize money exceeding $10.00 will be retained by the Society. The Exhibitor's Ticket that is issued entitles the exhibitor to one admission. (d) Children's exhibits must be brought to the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. No further entries will be accepted after 7:00 p.m. as judging of the Children's Prize List begins at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening. (e) Exhibits for the Homecraft sections may be brought to the Exhibit Hall Wednesday evening 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or Thursday morning 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (f) All exhibits are to be removed from the Exhibit Hall on the Sunday, between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. ONLY.
