A client's hair should reflect the individual's tastes and lifestyle and the staff are taught to ask the questions. Vince believes, in order that his staff be successful, they must be "passionate knowledge seekers" who take responsibility for their careers and invest in their future. To that end, the Director of Education schedules weekly classes and twice a year clients are invited to "Blow Drying Class." Coming in November 2010, a second salon, "Fringe," will open, catering to the younger crowd while Red Lemon continues to focus on the professional women.
