11 Business Links, Tuesday, October 19, 2010 WHAT'S NEWS Congratulations to the following persons/ businesses celebrating special achievements: The Georgetown McDonald's restaurant was selected as one of three in the GTA to be updated featuring new exterior and interior designs as part of McDonald's Corporation's plan to contemporize all of their restaurants across Canada. The Georgetown McDonald's hosted a group of McDonald's executives and restaurant owner/ operators from across Canada in June. They came to see the new design features of the restaurant including the new exterior, side-by-side drive through, flat screen televisions, comfortable seating and McCafé premium beverages. Owner/ operator Tim O'Connor is proud that his Georgetown restaurant was selected; the increased customer traffic has shown him that this has been a worthwhile investment. 905-873-7011 tim.o'connor@post.mcdonalds.ca Since taking part in the HHWiB lunches and following the advice of the speakers, Fabia MacNair's website for Styling Spaces is being ranked No. 1 on Google for Home Stagers in Halton Hills.
