Photo by Ted Brown Shannon Kent (left) and Quinn West, members of the Halton Hills Blue Fins' swim club, decided to get into the holiday spirit by undertaking a food drive for the Georgetown Bread Basket, collecting 465 non-perishable items along with $225 in cash. The Blue Fins' executive helped out by donating 50 cents for every unit of food collected. Kent and West also issued a challenge to other sports teams and clubs to match or surpass the Blue Fins' donations for the Christmas food drive.
