Attend the Vendor Information evening, March 15, 7-9 p.m. at Acton Arena & Community Centre, Queen St. (Hwy 7). You can network with past participants who are booked for the 2011 show and learn about show details. There will be a presentation on how to make the most of your show investment by Partners in Progress Senior Partner, Wendy Hue, PCC, CSP. Hue is a certified sales professional, who will provide ideas covering everything from how to arrange a booth, to being approachable at the show to follow-up after the show. The Vendor Information Evening is free to businesses that have booked their booth and $20 to interested businesses. If you attend and decide to participate in the show the Chamber will apply the $20 to your booth fees. The Home & Leisure Show is a two-day consumer show taking place April 15-16 at the Acton Arena. This is your opportunity to meet 3,000plus potential new customers, face-to-face. At the 2009 show, the public told the Chamber they wanted to see more home renovators, landscapers, electronics, and window/door businesses. They came prepared to buy.
