Peterborough County OPP stopped the vehicle about 2:20 a.m. and found 54 marijuana plants, fertilizer and growing equipment in the car. A further 11 grams of marijuana in a plastic baggie and a small quantity of oxycodone was also found on one of the suspects. Charged with possession of oxycodone, possession of marijuana, production of marijuana and possession of marijuana for the purposes of trafficking is Theodore R. Luscombe, 54, the driver of the car.
