Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Management, supervise\ion and direction all kitchen operations and staff. · Demonstrated creativity and innovation in planning menus for all the Club's food and beverage outlets, private functions, take-out menus and Club events. · Provision of delicious, varied and beautifully presented food to Members and Guests that appeal to their varying tastes. · Maintenance of food and labour costs in accordance with budgetary guidelines. · Responsible for proper scheduling of all Kitchen staff in accordance with forecasted levels of business and consideration for cost controls. · Responsible for food purchases and maintenance of proper inventory levels. · Ensuring good member relationships are maintained and that the Members are satisfied with the service and menu options provided. · Coordination of frequent workplace inspections and WHMIS training of all staff and promptly report any workplace accident or incident.
