The Vikings, who play in the Minor Oaks Hockey Association's minor development house league division, went undefeated against select teams from Toronto, Buffalo and Chicago. Oakville outscored its opposition by a 21-3 count to win four games and tie the other. In the championship game, the Vikings surrendered a goal late in the third period to Forest Hill, tying the game 2-2. Oakville, however, bounced back to win the game in the second overtime period.
