Police received a call about 12:55 a.m. from someone who saw two males spray painting words on a building on Market St. One of the males is described as short and was wearing blue jeans and a green tshirt. The other one was taller and wearing a grey-hooded sweatshirt and black jeans. Police arrived and searched the area but could not find the suspects. The words Joy and Pog were spray-painted in black and gold on several items in the Market St., Maple Ave., Mill St., Church St. area including concrete retaining walls, a building, fire hydrant and construction sign. Det. Sgt. Murray Drinkwalter said the words had no significance to police. Police did not have a damage estimate.
