Description
The house is likely located in the area of Agerton (7th Line, now Trafalgar Road, and Derry Rd.)

An adult woman and a child sit on the ground in addition to the standing adults and person on the seat of the buggy, but are partially obscured by the fading of the tintype.
Notes
Compared to other early photographic techniques, tintypes were simple and fast to prepare. A photographer could prepare, expose, develop, and varnish a tintype plate in a few minutes, quickly having it ready for a customer.

Wikepedia notes that the tintype process was invented in 1853 and patented in the United States in 1856 so this helps date the photograph about which nothing is known.
