On April 11, 2012 William and Noreen would have celebrated 59 years of marriage. Beloved parents of Sue (Steve Riddell). Loving grandparents of William (Victoria) and Jennifer. William is survived by his brothers Richard (Sue), Jim and the late Edward (Late Barb); his sisters Caroline (Late Danny), Georgina (Late Jack), Joan (Jim), Lynn (John) and Laurie (Ed). Noreen is survived by her brother Dan (Marjorie) and her late sister Joan (Late Percy). They will also be sadly missed by their nieces and nephews. John will be dearly missed by Margaret, his wife of 55 years; his children Andrew (Leslie), Michael (Diane), Philip (Michelle) and Timothy (Teresa); his eleven grandchildren: Meghan, David, Biniyam, Lauren, Stephen, Christopher, Emilie, Matthew, David, Caleb and Evan as well as his two great grandchildren: Amanda and Gabriella. John is lovingly remembered by his sisters Mary (Claude) and Janet (Ian) and his sister in law Diane. He was predeceased by his brother in law Claude and his brother David. John was born on March 10 1933 in Margate England, the son of Cecil and Lily White. In 1954, he graduated with a BSc from the Royal School of Mines in London and then moved to Canada where he began a career in mining. He retired in 1996 from Noranda as a Group VP, and as one of Canada's most respected and knowledgeable mining executives. John left a legacy of church and community service wherever he lived: building a health clinic in Ignace; in Oakville supporting Habitat for Humanity and serving b r e a k f a s t a t a l o c a l s c h o o l 's breakfast club. There will be a visitation on Thursday April 12 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm at KOPRIVA TAY L O R C O M M U N I T Y F U N E R A L HOME , 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, Ontario. HUTTON, William It is with great sadness we announce the quiet passing of Bill in his 85th year on Wednesday April 4, 2012 at Ian Anderson House in Oakville, Ontario. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Irene, son William, daughter-in-law Diana and grandsons James and Michael, who will miss him very much. In Scotland, Bill leaves behind his sisters, Betty, Chrissie and Anne. Born in Falkirk, Scotland on July 7th, 1926, he started working in foundries at the age of 14 and at the age of 18, entered the war in 1943. He moved to Canada in 1954, settling in Don Mills where he met many cherished friends. For almost ten years, he made Oakville his home where he fished avidly throughout the year, at Bronte pier or upstream when the trout were running. BILCOX, Doris (nee Frederick) After a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis, Doris died peacefully in her 75th year at Oakville-Trafalgar Hospital on April 8, 2012. Beloved wife of 50 years to Jim, and adored mother of Linda (Chris), Gale, Theresa (Steve). Predeceased by her parents, Doris and James Frederick. Cherished sister of the late Helen, the late Patricia, Shirley (Dino) and Brian (the late Marie-Paule).
