Public board runs effectiveness survey The Halton District School Board wants to know how effective its schools are. So, it has launched a survey for parents and guardians of children at its schools. The School Effectiveness Survey is available at the board website, at www.hdsb.ca. The school board is asking for feedback related to school effectiveness issues, such as learning opportunities, relationships, community and communication, belonging, school culture and climate. The board said the survey helps provide important data, which is used to shape the system and the school effectiveness planning. Students will be completing the Tell Them From Me Survey at school. The survey is open from now through May 18.
