Passed away at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital as a result of complications of a 22-year struggle against Parkinson's Disease. Throughout his travails he retained his sharp wit and sense of humour. Born in Stratford ON, son of the late Norman and Lottie Hall. Survived by his wife Faye (Baechler) and son Jeffrey of Oakville. Also surviving are cherished in-laws Elaine Benton (Archie MacKinnon) of Richmond, BC; Paul and Mariellen Baechler of Shakespeare, ON; nine nieces and nephews, their spouses and children. Ron relished the ongoing friendship of kindergarten and high school classmates from Stratford. Most of his career was spent in the investment departments of insurance companies, chiefly Manulife and Metropolitan, until forced into retirement with the onset of Parkinson's.
