FOLINO, Guerino It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Guerino Folino on Tuesday March 6, 2012 in his 81st year. Guerino lived a long challenging life after suffering a permanent injury in 1967. Beloved husband of predeceased Santa Folino for 59 years. Loving father of Pat (Sandra) and Aldo. Cherished grandfather of Alessandro, Robbie, Nicco and Kristina. Much loved brother of Giovanni (Pina), Vittorio (Gina), Cristina of Italy and pre-deceased by his parents Natale and Anna, In-laws Felice and Teresa, brothers Pasquale and Francesco and sisters Teresa and Maria. Guerino will be forever remembered for his unique outlook on life and great sense of humour. Loved by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks for the warm, kind and compassionate care of the staff at Wyndham Manor in Oakville, neighbours and life long friends Sam and Maria Simonetti, Rosa and Tony Folino. Friends will be received at Oakview Funeral Home 56 Lakeshore Rd. West, Oakville 905-842-2252 on Friday (Today) from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. James Parish, 231 Morden Rd., on Saturday March 10th at 10 am.
