In Focus, June, 2012 12 Reunion A group of former Acton Ladies Softball players gathered in Glen Williams on May 8 to catch up, share a few laughs and reminisce about their days on the diamonds. The ladies came from as far as Parry Sound and Simcoe to attend the reunion, which was held at the home of former coach Doug Bryant and former player Barb Bryant. In between tales of injuries, tournaments and surprise streakers, the gals had a little show-and-tell session where they shared pictures, uniforms and stories from the past. Appearances may have changed, hair colour may have changed, but the camaraderie has remained the same with this group! Photos by Andrea Lefebvre ABOVE: Although they're in their 80s, Doug Bryant, Joyce Iglesias and Barb Bryant look like they could still pick up a glove and play a few innings. "Herbie" doesn't seem to surprised to win the Loudest Laugh Award.
