Ijzerman, a 15-year-old Georgetown District High School student who represents Mississauga Synchro, also placed second overall in figures and third in the team event for the 16-20 age category. It is proposed that enactment of a development charges by-law by Council would occur on Monday, July 9, 2012. Development charges are levied against new development, and are a primary source of funding for growth-related capital expenditures.
