All bingo players are invited. I know everyone enjoyed the last one. Refreshments will be available. If you have a computer you can check out the Acton and Georgetown Seniors Centres' website at www.haltonhills.ca/ seniors. You will find lots of information including locations, phone numbers, volunteering, trips, programs, social events, becoming a member and any special events that will be held over the next few months at both Centres. There was a record number enjoying the Tuesday afternoon movie, We Bought a Zoo. Watch this column for the next movie on July 17. If you would like information on trips that will be happening in the next few months, please call 519-853-5951 and the receptionist will be happy to tell you what trips are planned. Every Monday and Friday morning, from 9:30 a.m. to noon, a representative is at the travel desk available to answer any questions. There is a trip planned on Thursday, July 12. You will be enjoying a three-hour lunch cruise on Lake Scugog, followed by a visit to a local winery, and have the chance to shop at the White Feather Country Store. Sounds like the perfect way to spend a summer's day.
