STRONG, Calvin George Peacefully passed away with his family by his side, at O.T.M.H. on August 25, 2012, following a brief illness. Beloved husband of Elizabeth for 45 wonderful years, and loving father of William and Jennifer Strong. Sadly missed by his brother Joseph Strong. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Olive Strong of Port Credit. Calvin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (General Economics), University of Waterloo. He was a Certified Management Accountant, a private pilot since 1966, and a volunteer at The Great War Flying Museum, Brampton. A memorial service will be held at OAKVIEW FUNERAL HOME, 56 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville on Saturday September 8, 2012 at 11 a.m. The family appreciates the care and support by Dr. Sonny Kohle and staff at O.T.M.H. Intensive Care Unit. If desired, donations to the Oakville Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
