The Cayman Islands department of tourism along with Metroland's WEST of the City magazine are bringing a luxurious dining experience to Oakville's Oliver's restaurant on Thursday, Sept. 20. Oliver's chef Surinder Kalsi will be joined by other renowned Canadian chefs Dale MacKay and Paul Rogalski to create an unforgettable four-course dining experience with wine pairings. The evening will also showcase swimwear fashions by designer Tosca Delfino.
