Town Hall renovations to start at $4.4M By David Lea OAKVILLE BEAVER STAFF Oakville Town Hall will be undergoing some extensive renovations over the next few years with phase one alone costing $4.4 million. The Town's Administrative Services Committee voted Tuesday to approve the majority of the proposed phase one renovations, which are intended to accommodate growth and keep the 1225 Trafalgar Rd., building viable over the next 10-15 years. If Town council approves the renovations Monday night, the phase one work would be tendered this fall and completed by the end of 2013. The work would include the construction of a centralized front entrance for visitors to the building.
