Breaking down Residents invited to UWO bus pull The United Way of Oakville will kick off its annual fundraising campaign tomorrow (Thursday) with a bus-pull challenge. Everyone is invited to attend at the Oakville Transit building, 430 Wyecroft Rd., at 11 a.m., to cheer on their favourite of 12 teams as they pull an Oakville Transit bus. This year will see teams from Moen, Sheridan College, BMO, GE Water, Mattamy Homes, AMEC, Oakville Hydro, Oakville Transit, CAW Local 707, and Oakville MPP Kevin Flynn and guests battle for awards, to be presented by Oakville Mayor Rob Burton. The bus pull will go from 11 a.m.-noon, followed by a presentation and lunch.
