Halton police reported last week that a man, driving a small SUV, drove up to women walking in the area and asked them to get in his vehicle. Rabbi Stephen Wise, leader of Oakville's Shaarei Beth-El congregation, launched himself out of a plane Thursday, to mark the release of his book, Israel: Repairing the World.
