Help to find Chico The Oakville & Milton Humane Society (OMHS) is asking for the public's help in finding Chico, a little terriercross dog that accidentally slipped out of his kennel at the shelter Friday night. Chico made his unexpected escape at 7 p.m. from the 445 Cornwall Rd. shelter. There is an ongoing extensive search for the 12-pound (five-kilogram), white and cream-coloured, shaggy, neutered male dog and a humane trap has been set up in an area where there have been sightings. "We are constantly monitoring the trap and the area where Chico was last sighted on Sunday morning at 2 a.m.," said Brenda Dushko, spokesperson for the OMHS. "He is a very timid and shy dog," said Dushko, "So we are asking anyone who sees him not to approach him, but rather to call the shelter at 905-845-1551 and report his location."
