Health HIV forum to educate health-care workers Oakville Beaver The Ontario HIV & Substance Use Training Program will hold a two-day workshop on Tuesday, Oct. 16 and Wednesday, Oct. 17 to better help local health and social service professionals understand the issues associated with HIV and drug use. The workshops will be at Oakville's Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Rd., from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. each day.
