MURRAY, Jean (Houghton)- Passed away peacefully on January 26, 2007 in her 80th year, surrounded by her family at Ian Anderson House in Oakville. Loving wife of the late John, devoted mother of Sue & Ken Lemoine of California, John & Karen Murray of Ottawa and Sandy & Theresa Murray of Oakville. Adored Nannie of Marc Lemoine, Jen (Lemoine) Lawrence, Julie Lemoine, Katie and Matthew Murray. New Grandmother to Jason Gilchrist and Josh Lawrence. Survived by her brother Jack Houghton, predeceased by her brother Norm Houghton and sisters Helen Stephen and Mary McWhirter. Dear sister-in-law of Paul and Pat Murray of Toronto. Words are inadequate to thank her special caregivers who helped Mom remain in her home, Rosemary, Denise and GlenAnne. To Dr. John Denby, the true meaning of a family doctor, our heartfelt thanks. To the staff of Ian Anderson House, our grateful thanks and appreciation for their tender loving care. A special thanks to her "sisters", Beryl Maltby and Suzie Williamson who showed their love and kindness. Visitation will take place at the Glen Oaks Reception Centre, 3164 9th Line (at Dundas), Oakville (905) 257-8822 on Friday, February 2, 2007 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m..
