New hours for Halton Family Services A social services agency that assists people experiencing crises has new hours of operation. Halton Family Services (HFS) is a non-profit organization providing professional counselling services to anyone in Halton to help them cope with personal or interpersonal challenges. HFS provides individual, couple and family counselling, credit counselling, Employee Assistant Programs (EAP), and Violence Against Women (VAW) programs.
