A boost for toy drive Lick's will be hosting its Burger Fundraising Day in support of the Oakville Professional Firefighters Association's annual toy drive to help local families in need. On Saturday (Dec. 1) from 11 a.m.-9 p.m., $1 from every Homeburger and Natureburger bought at the 548 Trafalgar Rd. burger shop will be donated to the cause. "Drop in with the family and enjoy a great burger all to support OPFFA," stated a news release. The 2013 Oakville Firefighters Charity Calendar will also be on sale with proceeds going towards the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides, Oakville Hospital Foundation, Ian Anderson House Foundation and the OPFFA Sponsorship Fund.
