Peewees win Woolwich tourney The Oakville peewee AE 2 Rangers rode the shutout goaltending of Jacob Scanga to a 3-0 victory over Woolwich in the championship game of the recent Woolwich Wildcats weekend hockey tournament. The win concluded an unbeaten showing for the Rangers, who got past Woolwich, Georgetown and Minto in the preliminary round, then downed Minto in the semifinals. Other members of the team are Ben Currier, Jonathan Bodner, Bradley Brown, Carter Pauley, Erik Mustafa, Ben Salmon, Cole Foxton, Iain Headrick, Ethan Hammond, Connor Kanalec, Riley Fitzpatrick, Joshua Cipolla, Holden Harris, Anthony De Rango, Jack Kanalec and Paolo Capua. Dylan Muscat was an affiliate player for the tournament. The Rangers are coached by Greg Harris, Rob Bodner and Fab De Rango. Hess Mustafa is the trainer and Luigi Capua is the manager.
