Waste calendar coming soon Halton's 2013 Waste Management Guide and Collection Calendar will be delivered starting the week of Jan. 14. The 2013 schedule will take effect Feb. 1 and include a schedule for Blue Box, GreenCart, garbage, bulk and yard waste collection, information on the Halton Waste Management Site and details about upcoming waste collection changes beginning April 1.
